You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, and device. Gambling must be lawful at your place of residence and access.

We reserve the right to close duplicate or fraudulent accounts, void any winnings arising from such accounts, and return only verified original deposits where legally permissible.

The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents of the following jurisdictions: None.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or any other technology intended to conceal your location or bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated by such circumvention will be voided and any related account may be terminated.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

PLAYJEX LLC may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure or refusal to complete verification will result in refusal of withdrawal, and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Deposits are accepted in USDT via the TRC-20 network only. Funds are credited to your account after the required number of network confirmations. Withdrawals are paid to a wallet controlled by the verified account holder and are processed only after successful identity verification. Network fees may apply and are borne by the user.

Each game's specific rules, payout tables, and house edge information are published within the game interface and form an integral part of these Terms.

All bonuses, promotions, and reward programs are subject to their own terms and conditions as published at the time of the offer. Any abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus hunting, collusion, or exploiting terms in bad faith, will result in the confiscation of the bonus and any related winnings, and may lead to account closure.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: creating or controlling more than one account; exploiting bugs, defects, or unintended behavior; using automation, scripts, or bots as a player; colluding with other players at multiplayer tables; committing fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful act; and abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account closure and, where permitted by applicable law, confiscation of the account balance.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The value of USDT and other cryptocurrencies may fluctuate against fiat currencies, and PLAYJEX LLC is not liable for any change in value between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal. Network congestion, blockchain forks, or third-party wallet failures may delay or affect transactions and are outside our control.

We reserve the right to impose limits or close accounts where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect a player.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, and withhold funds, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where required by law. Where balances are lawfully held and no confiscation applies, they will be returned to you following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Complaints should first be submitted in writing to SUPPORT@PLAYJEX.COM. Any escalation shall follow the dispute-resolution mechanism required by the license under which we operate.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
